COOKIE POLICY

This notice covers cookies, local storage and session storage on alzette.lu. Alzette sàrl is responsible for its own processing; relevant providers are identified below. Pseudonymous information remains personal data.

The aggregate counters on the request and campaign landing pages (page views, banner, type of choice, buttons, form steps and submissions) neither set nor read cookies or local storage; only daily totals are kept.

alzette_cookie_consent (cookie) and alzette_cookie_consent_v1 (local storage): copies of your choice, allowed categories and decision date. Validity: 180 days from your choice; visiting does not renew it. Purpose: respect consent or refusal. This storage is necessary to manage your choice and does not require consent under Article 4(3)(e) of the amended Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005.

Withdrawal evidence may be sent to Alzette to prevent pending conversion events being sent. This does not retrospectively retract events already processed.

With “Analytics” consent: _ga and _ga_<identifier> identify the browser and session for navigation statistics. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Cookies on this site are configured for 180 days, without renewal on every visit. Google may receive visited pages, events, browser characteristics and related identifiers.

Device cookie lifetime is distinct from retention of events in the measurement service. The service rules and account retention settings apply to those events. The privacy policy explains the associated rights and transfers.

With both “Marketing” and “Analytics” consent: alzette_acquisition_attribution_v1 remains in session storage until the tab session ends or consent is withdrawn. It remembers campaign origins, UTM parameters, advertising identifiers and relevant first/last origins. When you submit a request, this attribution accompanies the enquiry.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited uses _fbp (browser identifier) and, following an advertising click, _fbc (click identifier), generally for three months. Meta Pixel receives visits and interactions; server conversions may also include an email hash, IP address and browser for campaign measurement. See the privacy policy for the transmitted data.

The optional ad-measurement checkbox in the request form sets no cookie. If you tick it, existing _fbc and _fbp identifiers and the click ID in the page address are read for that request only and sent to Meta with the “Lead” event.

The start of the proposal form is reported to Meta by our server, without any cookie or storage on your device; the click ID in the page address is read when you begin filling in the form. See the privacy policy.

Meta’s policies also govern its subsequent processing and retention. Device lifetime is not a promise that provider-held data are erased at the same time. No separate optional preference cookie is currently used.

You can reject all optional uses or choose analytics and marketing separately. “Manage my cookies” lets you change your choice. Refusal does not prevent browsing or sending a request. Closing the panel does not mean acceptance.

Browser settings also allow storage to be removed or blocked. Use the preference manager as well to communicate withdrawal to the site and pending conversions. Withdrawal applies going forward; erasure of previously collected data is a separate request, which you can send to [email protected].

Fonts are served from alzette.lu. External WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps links open their services when used; they are not embedded modules of those services on our pages.
