Service partners

Become a partner of Alzette.

We are expanding our Luxembourg partner network across the key trades needed by co-owned buildings.

The simplest path is still to reply directly to our email. The form below is a second entry point.

Why we are reaching out

We are not building a directory. We are building a reliable panel.

The point is not to stack names. The point is to build a network of serious, responsive partners who are good to coordinate over time.

We want to work with partners who see things through, communicate clearly, and understand how to intervene in the concrete context of a co-owned building.

For us, coordination quality matters as much as technical quality. A good intervention also starts with a clear answer, a clear acceptance, and clean follow-through.

Syndic approach

We follow incidents through to completion, prepare AGMs, and keep the board informed while contractors are working.

Long-term relationship

We are looking for serious partners to work with over time, not opportunistic one-off subcontracting.

Real co-ownership context

Buildings come with constraints: access, governance, schedules, urgency, and communication with the board.

Mutual clarity

Quotes, interventions, emergencies, and contact points need to be clear from the start.

Relevant trades

We are starting with the trades buildings need most often.

We begin with the trades co-owned buildings need most often, then expand into less frequent specialties.

Plumbing

Leaks, incidents, fault finding, repairs, and urgent interventions.

Electrical

Failures, panels, common-area lighting, access systems, and compliance work.

Heating / HVAC

Boilers, heating outages, ventilation, and return-to-service interventions.

Locksmith / access control

Entrance doors, cylinders, blocked access, badges, and urgent access issues.

Water damage / drying

Conservative measures, drying, and emergency coordination.

Lifts

Maintenance, breakdowns, and quick return to service when needed.

Roofing / waterproofing

Leaks, diagnostics, securing, and smaller urgent repairs.

Cleaning / clearance

Routine cleaning, reset work, and one-off interventions.

First exchange

The simplest path is to reply. The form comes after that.

If you received an email from us, the most effective thing is simply to reply to it. We then use that first exchange to understand your coverage area, your setup, and your way of working.

We prefer a simple, clear reply to a cold workflow. The form is mainly there to structure the first details when a partner prefers to leave their information directly on the site.

Once genuine interest is confirmed, we come back for a short exchange on your coverage, useful phone numbers, availability, and experience with co-ownership buildings or syndics.

Leave your details

If you prefer, you can also leave your details and a few practical elements below. We will come back to you for an initial exchange.

You can also write to us directly at [email protected] if you prefer a simple email reply.

Do you think you could be a useful partner?

Simply reply by email or leave your details. We will come back to you for a practical first conversation.
