Include your name, the building’s address, your unit if you know it and what is happening.
In immediate danger (fire, gas leak, someone at risk), call 112 first.
- Enter the email address your property manager has on file. You receive an 8-digit code.
- No code? Check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for a new one.
- Received an invitation? Open the link on the phone where the app is installed.
- Changed email address, or access refused? Write to us so we can update your record.
On Home, tap “Report a problem”, describe what you see and add photos. Replies arrive in the Requests tab.
Turn them on in Account, then Notifications, or in your phone’s settings. They tell you something is new; the details are in the app.
To delete your account: Account, then “Request account deletion”. What we do with your data is described in the app’s privacy policy: alzette.lu/en/alzette-one/privacy.
